The 510LS sensoLITE meets the needs of field service personnel and technicians who require a simple handheld instrument for quickly sorting out live and dark fibres in the 630nm to 1600nm range.

At wavelengths above 700nm light energy cannot be seen by the human eye, making the inspection of connector endfaces using a microscope or other magnifying device potentially dangerous. By incorporating light detection tests using the sensoLITE into workplace safety procedures, accidental eye exposure to hazardous, invisible, laser radiation can be avoided.
