Avaya IP Office 500 - (R10 - 10.1) Avaya TTS 1 License

Enables the Avaya Text-to-Speech (TTS) license. Used within customised voicemail call flows to speak information to callers rather than having to record prompts for the call flow or speak results of IVR queries. Prerequisite of Preferred Edition. Multiple licences can be combined for the number of simultaneous users of TTS required up to the number of voicemail channels licensed.

Please note:
Due to recent system process changes by Avaya, licenses can take a while longer so please allow up to 3 working days to receive your licenses.  These licenses are generated electronically then emailed to you.
Avaya licenses are generated against a unique system id number and once generated cannot be reversed. Licenses are excluded from our no quibble returns policy.
