Avaya IP Office 500 - (Rel 10+) CTI RFA License

Enables the CTI TAPI Licences. This license provides third-party TAPI control of telephony devices. In addition to the functionality provided by TAPILink Lite, this licence also adds the ability to receive information on ACD queues, hunt groups and provides additional advanced functionality.

Due to recent system process changes by Avaya, licenses can take a while longer so please allow up to 3 working days to receive your licenses.  These licenses are generated electronically then emailed to you.
Avaya licenses are generated against a unique system id number and once generated cannot be reversed. Licenses are excluded from our no quibble returns policy.
